Engine crankshaft is the most important part in the engine. Engine crankshaft receives the force from the connecting rod, and converts it into torque to output through the crankshaft and drive other accessories to work.
In order to reduce the mass of the crankshaft of the engine and the centrifugal force generated during the movement, the crankshaft journal of the engine is often made hollow. An oil hole is opened on the journal surface of each engine crankshaft, so as to introduce or extract engine oil to lubricate the journal surface. In order to reduce the stress concentration, the joints of the main shaft neck, crank pin and crank arm are all connected by transition arc.
