Strength and lightweight: As strong as most common steels with less than 40% of the counterpart’s weight
Corrosion resistance: Almost as resistant to chemical attack as platinum. One of best candidates for seawater and chemical handling components
Cosmetic appeal: Titanium cosmetic and technical appeal even outperforms the precious metals especially in the consumer marketplace
According to the structure, it can be divided into binary impeller and ternary impeller, and ternary impeller is divided into open ternary impeller or closed ternary impeller.
According to the purpose, it can be divided into compressor impeller, water pump impeller (nuclear pump), power generation impeller.
According to the material, it can be divided into: KMN, FV520B, Q345E, TC4, 06Cr13Ni5Mo, etc.
Manufacturing capacity:
Our company owns one Swiss-made Starrag ZT800 dual-station five-axis machining center and two American-made Hurco Vtxu five-axis machining centers. It has a complete production chain for reverse mapping, design and manufacturing of impellers of the following sizes.
